We think the things we don’t do are as important as those that we do. Specifically, we don’t advertise, use job boards, or act like a ‘CV farm’.
Whilst job boards certainly have their place in the recruitment ecosystem, we’ve found they struggle to deliver in highly competitive spaces such as top-level CFOs, tax specialists, or proven digital growth marketers. Talent in our marketplaces is in high demand, so it isn’t readily available with CVs posted up online for anyone to find.
